We’re hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Williamsport who knows how to handle hydraulics, heat, and heavy gear. Step in, stand out, and make your mark with a team that values your skill.

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements: 

• Experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Experience with rigging, pipefitting, and equipment installation.
• Comfortable using a CMMS or basic computer systems to document maintenance activities.
• Safety-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties: 

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery and equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore production quickly.
• Complete scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Install, relocate, and rig manufacturing equipment safely.
• Perform fabrication work, including cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, and basic machining.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Document maintenance work and equipment repairs in a CMMS.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
