Job Description:


Now hiring  Warehouse Stand-up Forklift Operator
Location Hagerstown, MD
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $22.50 per hour
Schedules:
2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM | $22.00/hr.
3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | $22.50/hr.
Note – Training is required on a different shift for 1-2 days.

Requirements:
What You’ll Need To Get Behind The Wheel.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid forklift certification required
  • 1+ year of experience operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks also preferred) in a warehouse or distribution center
  • Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player mindset
  • Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software

Job Duties:

  • Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stage orders
  • Perform order picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading
  • Handle inventory control, labeling, and documentation using RF scanners
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
  • Support shipping and receiving operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
