Staffmark Group, a leading provider of total talent solutions, is proud to announce the promotion of Sherry Donovan to Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. 

Sherry brings more than 26 years of staffing industry expertise and nearly two decades of leadership at Staffmark Group. Her career journey, from hands-on recruiting and training to enterprise sales and multi-unit operations, gives her a unique, 360-degree perspective of the staffing business.  

 Since joining the company in 2006, she has advanced through several leadership roles, overseeing some of Staffmark’s largest enterprise clients and leading sales for strategic channel partnerships, including the public sector. Known for her ability to build strong client relationships and deliver innovative solutions, Sherry has consistently driven measurable results while developing high-performing teams. 

In her new role, Sherry will unify Staffmark Group’s strategic sales teams, bringing together Enterprise Sales, National Accounts, and Channel Partnerships under one umbrella to further strengthen how the company serves large-scale clients and public sector organizations by delivering integrated solutions and streamlined access to talent.
