Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Aitkin, MN! This entry-level, temp-to-hire position is perfect for anyone looking to start a rewarding career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required—training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements: High school diploma + 1 year of lumber distribution experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Feed materials into or remove them from automatic machines or equipment
• Inspect and count products for defects
• Sort boards and remove defective items
• Unload materials from trucks or pallets onto the sawmill deck
• Operate dual control buttons and adjust machine settings
• Perform general cleaning of machinery, equipment, and work areas
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
