Hampshire, IL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 5 pm-5 am | Sunday-Thursday (OT possibly on Friday)

What You’ll Need

  • GED or diploma  (trade school = bonus)
  • Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse (1+ years)
  • Mechanical smarts — you know your way around tools and gauges
  • Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
  • Strength and stamina — lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
  • Team player who shows up, works safely, and gets it done

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
  • Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
  • Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
  • Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
  • Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
