The Reconciliation Technician is responsible for tracking and reconciling raw materials, packaging components, and finished product quantities during manufacturing or packaging operations. This role helps ensure accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and compliance with quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile materials issued to production against quantities used, returned, rejected, or wasted.
• Verify counts of packaging components, including bottles, caps, labels, and other materials.
• Complete production paperwork and material reconciliation records accurately.
• Investigate and report discrepancies between expected and actual quantities.
• Work with production, warehouse, and quality teams to resolve material discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records for batch documentation and inventory tracking.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, packaging, inventory, or production documentation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required.
