Job Duties

• Operate a Center Rider electric pallet jack to pick customer orders throughout the warehouse.
• Follow system-generated pick lists that identify product locations, quantities, and order requirements.
• Build and transport pallets while operating warehouse equipment.
• Accurately pick products and stack them securely on pallets.
• Wrap completed pallets and prepare them for shipment.
• Stage finished orders at assigned dock doors for trailer loading.
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Electric pallet jack (Center Rider) experience required.
• Experience picking orders and building pallets in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Ability to accurately follow picking lists and warehouse instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.
• Ability to safely operate electric pallet jack equipment throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting productivity standards.
