Location: Vonore, TN
Pay Rate: $17.05/Hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM + Lots of OT Available!

We’re hiring Assemblers in Vonore, TN. If you have manufacturing, production, assembly, or hand tool experience, this is a great opportunity to join a team-focused environment with consistent hours and weekly pay.

What You’ll Do – Job Duties

• Assemble products using hand tools, process sheets, and work instructions
• Follow assembly procedures to ensure quality and accuracy
• Read basic blueprints, prints, and production instructions
• Inspect parts and report quality concerns
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas
• Follow all safety and workplace procedures

What We’re Looking For – Requirements

• 3+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and following written instructions
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks
• Maintain visual focus on detailed assembly work
