Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Job Duties
- Lead and support employees within the paint department during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
- Perform and oversee industrial painting, including proper preparation, application, and finishing of products.
- Ensure paint is applied according to company quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for proper coverage, appearance, and quality.
- Assist with training and coaching employees on painting procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
- Monitor paint supplies and notify management when materials need to be replenished.
- Ensure painting equipment, tools, and work areas are properly maintained and kept clean.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Identify production or quality issues and communicate concerns to management.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment or production issues when necessary.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
- Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
- Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Paint Lead.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
