Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

Experience Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, production, assembly, or customer service environments is a plus
• Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment is beneficial

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and tools
• Comfortable performing hands-on production and warehouse tasks
• Ability to move and organize inventory materials as needed

Job Duties

• Assemble and manufacture industrial hose products to customer specifications
• Operate saws, hose crimping machines, and related production equipment
• Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory
• Process incoming materials and enter inventory information into computer systems
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Make local deliveries and operate forklifts as needed
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order support, and counter sales
• Learn to support customers by phone and email and assist with quoting and order processing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
