• Sunday – Saturday open 24/7
• Will work 5 AM – 5 PM (1st shift hours may change)

Job Duties

• Responsible for daily shifts and communication between customer, drivers and leadership.
• Verify driver paperwork, close out loads Check backhaul report, route any missed backhauls Ensure accuracy of stop types and update as needed Plan salvage and backhauls.
• Confirm PO and appointment requirements.
• Build load board, set drivers up for shuttle moves and pallet deliveries.
• Monitor call offs.
• Confirm PTO requests.

Requirements

• Need a strong knowledge of routing and transportation.
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience with load planning tools is a plus.
• Must be proficient in MS office suite and logistic systems.
