• 1st (6am-2:30pm)
• 2nd (2pm-10:30pm)
• 3rd (10pm-6:30am)

This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Job Duties

• Pick and pack rubber products as they move through the production line.
• Inspect products for quality and identify any visible defects.
• Sort and package finished materials according to company standards.
• Keep pace with production requirements to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, picking, or packing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work in a hot production setting.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements required.
• Ability to work in a very hot manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to maintain productivity throughout the shift.
