Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and quality procedures
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is a plus
• Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks preferred but not required
• Experience documenting results and maintaining records is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming products
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow established quality standards and procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Good visual acuity to inspect products for defects and quality concerns

Job Duties

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections of parts and assemblies
• Identify defects, damage, and products that do not meet quality standards
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
• Accurately record inspection findings and quality data
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and quality team members
• Support production and quality improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
