Now hiring for a Quality Inspector
Location: Morristown, TN
Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM Start

Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and quality procedures
- Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
Experience Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is a plus
- Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks preferred but not required
- Experience documenting results and maintaining records is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conforming products
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow established quality standards and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
- Good visual acuity to inspect products for defects and quality concerns
Job Duties
- Perform visual and hands-on inspections of parts and assemblies
- Identify defects, damage, and products that do not meet quality standards
- Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements
- Accurately record inspection findings and quality data
- Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and quality team members
- Support production and quality improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
