Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• Previous production, industrial, or automotive painting experience preferred
• Experience using automatic spray systems, electrostatic sprayers, and conventional spray guns
• Ability to mix paints and solvents according to manufacturer specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finished products
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical work
• Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE throughout the shift
• Must pass a pulmonary function test and respirator fit test

Job Duties:

• Apply liquid paint, varnishes, and protective coatings to metal parts using automated and manual spray equipment
• Set up, operate, and perform touch-ups in automatic paint booths and spray systems
• Prepare paint booths and equipment for color changes by cleaning with compressed air
• Select and prepare the correct paints and materials based on work orders
• Manually paint hard-to-reach areas before automated painting processes
• Mix paints and solvents while operating automated paint mixing equipment
• Move parts through painting, flashing, and drying processes to ensure proper curing
• Inspect finished products and perform touch-ups or corrections as needed to meet quality standards
• Clean and maintain paint delivery systems, filters, booths, and related equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while assisting with other paint line operations as needed
