Now hiring: Robotic Welder
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule: (1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) (3rd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
Additional overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Robotic Welders Wanted – Get Ready to Make Sparks Fly

Keep the fire lit and the metal tight. We need a Robotic welder in Chandler right now.

Robotic Welder Requirements: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of robotic welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
  • Experience operating automated welding systems and robotic weld cells.
  • Knowledge of MIG welding processes and welding fundamentals.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.
  • Experience performing quality inspections and using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
  • Previous experience with FANUC, ABB, Motoman, or similar robotic welding systems is a plus.
  • Welding certification or formal welding training preferred.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication or metal manufacturing is a plus.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes preferred.

Robotic Welder Job Duties: 

  • Operate robotic welding cells and automated welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load and position metal components, fixtures, and assemblies into robotic weld stations.
  • Monitor robotic welding operations to ensure proper weld quality and machine performance.
  • Perform weld inspections and verify products meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects such as porosity, undercutting, incomplete welds, and distortion.
  • Utilize measuring devices, including calipers, tape measures, gauges, and other inspection tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, work instructions, and technical drawings.
  • Make basic machine adjustments and identify process issues affecting weld quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic welding equipment.
  • Document production data and quality results accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
