Location: Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 7 AM | Training:  4 weeks on Day Shift, Mon-Fri, 7 AM-3 PM

CNC Machinist Job Duties:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes for production machining.
  • Produce precision parts to engineering prints, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
  • Program and operate using Mazatrol and G-code.
  • Perform in-process inspections and document quality and production data.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Support tooling, fixturing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized machining environment.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet quality and output goals.

CNC Machinist Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience (mills and lathes preferred).
  • Strong CNC setup, operation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Mazatrol and G-code programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles and quality standards.
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use cranes/hoists when needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based machining tasks.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
