Location Elizabethtown, PA
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift: 10:30 AM-7:00 PM

Join our team as a Forklift Operator where you’ll help move materials safely while also ensuring products meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Forklift Operator Requirements:
This is what it takes to work for us.

  • 2+ years of forklift experience (warehouse or manufacturing environment required).
  • Perform inspections on incoming and outgoing products per quality procedures.
  • Operate forklift equipment to move, stage, and transport materials safely.
  • Identify and report non-conforming materials and support corrective actions.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Confirm products meet internal and customer quality requirements.
  • General manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Communicate quality issues to production, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, data entry, and QMS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Support continuous improvement and other quality initiatives as needed.
