• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, heavy equipment, or construction machinery.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and controls troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
