Location: Portland, OR
Salary: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7AM start

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Quality Control and Safety Management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and SOP development
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to support multiple operational areas
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment

Job Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality management processes
  • Inspect and test products throughout various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify quality issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
  • Monitor quality metrics and recommend corrective actions as needed
  • Participate in meetings with the Plant General Manager to discuss quality and operational performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards across all departments
  • Support safety initiatives and promote continuous improvement throughout the facility
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports
  • Perform additional quality and operational management duties as assigned
