Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED; machining coursework or certification ideal.
• Proven CNC machining experience—2+ years in a shop or plant environment.
• Skilled in setup, operation, and inspection using micrometers and calipers.
• Safety-focused and detail-driven on every part.
• Ready to stay on your feet and keep the line moving.

Job Duties: 

• Load, run, and monitor CNC equipment.
• Follow prints and specs to keep every part within tolerance.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect precision parts.
• Keep the machine running steadily and your work area tidy.
