Now Hiring Maintenance Technician
Location: Elkhorn, WI
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule: (2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) (3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Monday – Friday (TBD)
Training will take place on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM – 3:00 AM Monday – Friday for the first few weeks.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
- 3–5 years of CNC maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience required
- Experience with CNC equipment and controls preferred
- Computer skills and forklift certification a plus

Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and related equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and servo issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Calibrate and align components to maintain precision, ensure compliance with safety standards (including LOTO), and track maintenance activity in the system.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring issues and support equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of CNC equipment and control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens preferred).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC systems and electrical diagnostics.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently or on a team.
