Requirements: 

• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial finishing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced conveyor or production line environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coating defects or missed areas.
• Ability to safely handle and hang metal parts on production equipment.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a production environment.

Job Duties: 

• Hang metal parts on an automated powder coating conveyor line for processing.
• Apply powder coating touch-ups to areas missed by automatic spray guns.
• Inspect coated parts for coverage, consistency, and finish quality.
• Remove finished parts from the line and place them on designated carts for assembly or shipment.
• Assist with cleaning and changeover procedures between color runs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Support production flow by ensuring parts move efficiently through finishing stages.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
