Now hiring: Forklift Operator
Location: Tracy, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday

Requirements:
This is what it takes to work for us.

  • Ability to read and follow work orders, shipping documents, and instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, labeling, and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work for extended periods.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and commitment to safe work habits.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams and shifts.
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic are required.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions consistently.

Job Duties:

  • Stage, sort, and organize products for loading and shipment.
  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling methods.
  • Package, kit, and label finished goods for shipment (shrink wrapping, boxing, tagging).
  • Pick and assemble orders based on work orders, shipping documents, or production schedules.
  • Inspect incoming materials and identify, remove, or report damaged products.
  • Assemble containers or crates using hand tools and precut materials when required.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and production records using logs or computer systems.
  • Weigh, count, and prepare items for shipment to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with team members across shifts to ensure proper workflow handoff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
