Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience required; willing to train the right candidate
• Strong listening skills and willingness to learn a skilled trade
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties:

• Bond composite and metal materials to fabricate aircraft parts and structures
• Measure, cut, and apply bonding agents according to specifications
• Operate equipment such as autoclaves, hot bonders, and ovens during the bonding process
• Sand, finish, inspect, and repair aircraft components as needed
• Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Inspect completed parts for defects and ensure they meet aerospace specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support production goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned
