Now hiring: Licensed Clinical Therapist | Direct Hire
Location: Russellville, AR
Salary: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM | Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Here’s what we’re looking for (Requirements):

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current behavioral health licensure or credential required.
  • LPC, LCSW, or CS preferred.
  • LAC, LMSW, ADC, AADC, and LADC credentials will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with adults and families in substance abuse, behavioral health, and/or mental health treatment settings.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices and recovery principles.
  • Experience conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and clinical support when necessary.
  • Educate clients and families on treatment goals, recovery resources, and coping strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in case reviews, treatment planning meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.
