Location: Lake Forest, CA
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education preferred
  • 2–4 years of inventory, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding, and INCOTERMs preferred
  • Experience with shipment booking systems and transportation processes
  • Strong math, computer, and data entry skills
  • Ability to operate or become certified on forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb stairs/ladders
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Duties:

  • Support receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, and carrier booking operations
  • Process material movements and maintain accurate inventory transactions in company systems
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, reconciliations, and product scrap activities
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight bookings, and carrier schedules
  • Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers
  • Utilize hand tools and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, AS9201, ISO14000, and 6S requirements
  • Maintain organization and housekeeping standards across warehouse and distribution areas
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to support production and shipping needs
  • Assist with problem resolution and process improvements related to inventory and logistics
