Location Farmington, MN
Pay Rate: $21.50+ per hour | Depending on experience
Shift: Full-Time | 8-hour shift | Start Time Options: 7 AM or 8 AM | Monday – Friday

These are the qualifications that matter.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Cleanroom or medical assembly experience.
  • Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
  • Experience reading technical drawings or templates is a plus.
  • Sewing, inspection, or quality experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform precise measurements using rulers or tape measures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.

Work Environment:

  • Cleanroom environment requiring protective attire and contamination control procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and perform repetitive hand movements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture materials and assemblies such as MLI blankets, protective covers, and aerospace fabric components.
  • Perform hand combining, taping, and roll-to-roll material processing.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, templates, and work instructions.
  • Inspect materials and assemblies to ensure quality and specification compliance.
  • Complete required quality documentation and production records.
  • Maintain material traceability and contamination control in a cleanroom environment.
  • Clean, package, and prepare finished assemblies for production or shipment.
  • Maintain and operate fabrication equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams on production planning and material status.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
