As a CNC Machinist in Clearwater, you’ll turn raw material into performance — reading blueprints, running exact cuts, and checking your own work. It’s steady, respected, and built for people who care about the details.
Requirements:

Job Duties:
- Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate and operate CNC routers, mills, and lathes (such as 3-axis routers for vinyl or plasma cutters for metal) according to production orders.

- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues like tool wear or programming/material inconsistencies.
- Inventory & Staging: Monitor raw material stock (tubing, pickets, posts) and stage completed, labeled components so they are easily accessible for the installation and assembly teams.
Benefits:
- Solid weekly pay, no waiting games.
- Health, dental, and vision that actually cover what you need.
- Life and disability insurance when the unexpected hits.
- Workplace safety that’s more than a poster.
