Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements:

• 1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow strict policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Excellent computer skills; database experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties:

• Review job applications and driver qualification files for completeness
• Process MVRs, background checks, DAC reports, and employment verifications
• Verify previous employment and ensure hiring criteria are met
• Complete and maintain driver qualification files within required timelines
• Prepare and submit weekly reports accurately and on time
• Monitor expiring documents and communicate updates to clients
• Conduct drug, alcohol, breathalyzer, hair, and urine testing procedures
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal teams regarding qualification requirements
• Support additional compliance and administrative functions as assigned
