Shift: 2:30 PM-11 PM | Monday-Friday

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong basic math and English reading comprehension skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical sheets, and purchase orders
• Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with grinding machines (Cincinnati Centerless Grinder, CNC Studer, etc.) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and follow structured workflows and priorities
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Job Duties: 

• Set up and operate precision cylindrical grinding machines to meet customer specifications
• Grind metal parts according to established quality and performance standards
• Interpret blueprints, tech sheets, and purchase orders to ensure accurate part dimensions
• Perform precision measurement and inspection using micrometers, height gauges, and other tools
• Input and maintain quality data within Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems
• Adjust machine setups and operations to improve performance and meet production goals
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance needs with leads or senior staff
• Follow scheduled workflow priorities and communicate any production deviations
• Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures in a manufacturing environment
