Pay Rate: $17.97 – $19.97 per hour
Schedule: 

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | $17.97/hr.
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | $18.97/hr.
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $19.97/hr.

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As a Assembler you’ll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to read, write, and understand English (safety procedures, instructions)
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Job Duties: 

• Assemble eyewear components using hand and pneumatic tools
• Operate production equipment and follow standard work instructions
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and quality standards
• Meet hourly production goals as part of a team
• Rotate between workstations to support production needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Track production data using systems such as MES, Excel, or manual logs
