• Assembly or mechanical experience
• Adhere to dress code
• Manual dexterity (working with small pieces)
• Assemble products from start to finish following documented procedures
• Work on multi-step assembly processes using small hand tools such as tweezers
• Maintain accurate FDA/ISO compliance documentation and production records
• Inspect products and report any quality or safety concerns to supervisors
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with cleanroom standards
• Work independently at an individual workstation while meeting productivity goals
• Cross-train on multiple product lines over time
