Now Hiring: Processor
Location: Newport, AR
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Alternating day & night rotating schedule | 12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotation | Includes both daytime & overnight shifts

Requirements: 

  • Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or food production experience preferred; food or beverage experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on product consistency, quality, and safety compliance
  • Basic math skills, including measurements, conversions, and calculations
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift and perform repetitive physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong teamwork and communication skills required

Job Duties: 

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial food processing equipment, including ovens, fryers, and related production machinery
  • Follow recipes, production procedures, and processing specifications to ensure consistent product quality
  • Monitor temperatures, cooking times, and other process variables to maintain safety and quality standards
  • Perform routine quality checks, collect samples, and document production data, measurements, and results accurately
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting while communicating issues to supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all food safety and workplace safety requirements
  • Record production data using basic computer systems and production software as needed
  • Follow written and verbal instructions accurately in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
