Skills to Succeed

• Proficient with stainless steel TIG & MIG welding, and carbon steel MIG
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience performing own set-ups
• Ability to weld materials ranging from 20 ga. sheet to a thick-walled tube. No pressure certification is required. 
• Must be able to stand and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Possess personal small hand tools and a welding helmet

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel components per engineering drawings and specifications
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment in a production environment
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and delivery goals
• Grind and dress-up welds for equipment
