Location: Foothill Ranch, CA
Pay Rate: $19.97 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturday OT as needed) | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Skills That Get You Hired 

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of experience in production, manufacturing, or machine shop experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting and fixing minor issues
• Precision counts — you know quality when you see it
• Basic computer skills
• Fit to handle lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing all day
• Works hard, shows up, and plays well with the crew

On the Job

• Run machines the right way to keep production steady
• Spot issues early and fix them before they stop the line
• Keep a close eye on product quality
• Handle adjustments and small fixes when needed
• Follow safety rules and work with the crew to get it done
