Location: Gulf Shores, AL
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Must be able to work weekends

We need a Housekeeping Supervisor in Gulf Shores to help clean our building each day. You will empty trash, clean surfaces, restock supplies, and keep areas looking good. This is reliable work with a team that values people who show up and get the job done.

What You Need

• 1+ year of experience in housekeeping, customer service, or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a focus on service excellence
• Ability to work weekends and adapt to the needs of a busy hospitality environment

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Supervising housekeeping staff and daily operations
• Performing regular room and property inspections to uphold quality standards
• Scheduling shifts and managing team workload
• Training and mentoring housekeeping team members
• Responding to guest concerns and service needs promptly
• Maintaining supply inventory and ordering as needed
• Enforcing safety and sanitation procedures
