What the Job Looks Like

• Assist with the disassembly and assembly of electric motors and related components
• Perform coil winding and insulation work under supervision or independently based on experience
• Clean, prepare, and stage parts for repair and rebuild processes
• Operate shop equipment including grinders, presses, and hand tools
• Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality and performance
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures accurately
• Meet daily production and output goals to support workflow efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Provide support to shipping, material handling, and other departments as needed
