Here’s what it takes to make yours count.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of general chemistry, analytical chemistry, and organic chemistry.
• Knowledge of polymeric materials and their properties.
• Understanding of polymer structure–processing–performance relationships.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques, including Karl Fischer (KF), FTIR, TGA, DSC, thermal analysis, rheology, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry.
• Experience with engineering polymers or plastics.
• Ability to safely handle laboratory chemicals and maintain strong laboratory safety practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and prepare thorough technical reports and presentations.
• Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and method validation (R&R studies).
• Ability to identify appropriate analytical techniques for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to identify experimental errors and implement controls to minimize them.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
