Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

• On-the-Job Know-How: Experience in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus. We’ll train the right worker.

Your Work Will Keep Things Moving
You’ll be part of a team that keeps and maintains production goals. That means loading, packing, inspecting, and staying sharp. You’ll use your hands, follow instructions, and make sure quality and safety come first.

Your Day in the Life

• Assist with the disassembly and assembly of electric motors and related components
• Perform coil winding and insulation work under supervision or independently based on experience level
• Clean, prepare, and stage parts for repair and rebuild processes
• Operate basic shop equipment, including grinders, presses, and hand tools
• Conduct basic testing and inspections to ensure product quality and performance
• Read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and safety procedures accurately
• Meet daily production and output goals in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
• Provide support to other departments such as shipping and material handling as needed
