Location: Florence, KY
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Monday-Friday | 6AM-2:30PM

Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to identify and report defects or assembly issues to supervisors
  • Comfortable working with heavy components and operating lifting equipment (cranes, forklifts)
  • Ability to perform precise alignment and adjustment of machine components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands and safety requirements

Job Duties: 

  • Install mechanical and electrical components onto machine tools during manufacturing
  • Assemble a variety of parts and sub-assemblies per engineering and production specifications
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings and technical documentation for new machines
  • Ensure all required parts and materials are available at the assembly station
  • Align, adjust, and modify sheet metal components to ensure proper fit and function
  • Install electrical components and wiring for machine systems as required
  • Visually inspect machines for quality issues, including weld defects, paint damage, or surface imperfections
  • Operate cranes to lift and install heavy components such as hydraulic pumps and transformers
  • Use a walk-behind forklift to move and position parts and materials
  • Utilize hand tools, drills, grinders, and air-powered tools for assembly tasks
