Pay Rate: $16.00 – $16.50 per hour
Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM OR 7 PM – 7 AM (Rotating 2 on, 2 off, 3 on)

What Makes You a Fit

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and (a minimum of) 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work and ability to complete required documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smoothly
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quickly, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
• Support the production and packaging of finished goods
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility
• Utilize various types of scan guns to produce quality products that meet customer specifications
