Shift: 8 am – 6:30 pm, Mon – Thurs (Fri OT as needed)

We’re hiring a Production Supervisor who leads from the floor, not the office chair. If you know how to rally a crew, keep operations moving, and hit every goal with grit and confidence, we want to talk.

What Is Expected:

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and equipment

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and coordinate team assignments to meet output goals
• Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
• Troubleshoot operational and equipment issues and partner with maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift performance to leadership
• Lead, train, and support production employees, including onboarding and ongoing coaching
• Enforce company policies, performance standards, and accountability on the production floor
• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulatory standards
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Oversee product quality, ensuring finished goods meet company and customer specifications
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve quality and production issues
