• Intermediate computer skills and basic math proficiency required.
• Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment, and discretion while supporting organizational goals.
• 3+ years of previous experience in manufacturing, production support, logistics, or a similar environment.
• Ability to operate and use manufacturing or productivity machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to exchange and convey information clearly.
• Ability to remain active and lift 30 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Control Supervisor with daily operational and administrative tasks.
• Occasionally, pick up and deliver parts, materials, and purchased items as directed.
• Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and ready for use.
• Prepare and manage subcontract paperwork and related documentation.
• Help maintain a professional, safe, and clean workplace while protecting company assets.
• Communicate promptly with the supervisor regarding quality concerns, safety issues, or operational updates.
