Pay Rate: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

What Gets You in the Door

  • 1+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with office management systems or HRIS/CRM software
  • Basic bookkeeping or invoice processing experience
  • Calendar and travel coordination

What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily office operations including filing, data entry, and document organization
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and incoming inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering when necessary
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Support HR, accounting, or management teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and update company databases
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support when needed
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
