The Experience Needed

  • 5+ years of experience managing sales professionals within the Oil & Gas Service industry.
  • Experience in oilfield equipment rentals, services, or related energy sector sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Texas and Louisiana oilfield markets.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with executives, operations teams, and field personnel.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

How You Show Up

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals covering the Texas and Louisiana regions.
  • Mentor and coach established sales representatives to improve performance, close rates, and account development.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Oil & Gas operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
  • Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure accountability for results.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient rental equipment deployment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activity within the territory.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field visits, and performance reviews with sales team members.
  • Support large account negotiations and assist in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regional performance updates for leadership.
