Shift: Monday – Friday

You’ve got the personality. You’ve got the skills. Now it’s time to land the job that actually fits. We’re hiring a customer service rep. A solid customer service job  where your voice, vibe, and hustle matter.

Here’s what we’re after:

• 1+ years of experience in air export, freight forwarding, or logistics customer service.
• Knowledge of air freight export procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and international shipping regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with logistics or freight management systems
• Strong computer and data entry skills

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air export shipments from booking through final departure.
• Prepare and process all required export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and requirements.
• Book cargo space with airlines and confirm flight schedules.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and export requirements.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely departures and delivery schedules.
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in company systems.
• Resolve shipping issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure cargo is properly prepared and ready for export.
• Maintain organized records of all shipments and related documentation.
