CNC Machinist Requirements: Built for Precision

• Proven CNC milling machinist experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in machining steel and aluminum materials
• Ability to edit CNC programs and offsets at the machine control
• Strong understanding of precision machining and tight tolerances
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and measuring instruments
• Blueprint reading experience preferred
• Must have personal machine tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Your Everyday Hustle

• Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines with indexable heads
• Machine steel and aluminum components to customer specifications
• Maintain tight tolerances ranging from ±0.005” to ±0.0002”
• Create and edit CNC programs directly at the machine control
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and engineering drawings
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools
• Maintain personal machine tooling required for production
• Assist with material movement using forklifts or overhead cranes when needed
• Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain an organized work area
