Shift: Monday – Friday | 6 AM – 2:30 PM

If you can read a print, set up your press brake, and make clean bends every time, we’ve got your spot. We’re hiring experienced Press Brake Technician in Hillsboro who take pride in precision and production. You’ll run setups, inspect parts, and keep the line moving strong. Steady work, fair pay, and a team that knows its craft.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous press brake or metal forming experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and production drawings
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with manufacturing equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Steel-toe boots required and PPE must be worn
• May require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up machines and select the correct tools and dies for production
• Perform basic machine adjustments to meet production specifications
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
