To Crush This Job

• High school diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic math skills: decimals, fractions, percentages, ratios, and conversions
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Your Role on the Floor

• Learn to set up and operate multi-spindle Davenport and Acme machines
• Follow blueprints and process documents to meet quality standards
• Assist in developing methods for machining complex or custom parts
• Regrind high-speed and carbide tooling as needed
• Troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments
• Suggest improvements to programs and job processes
• Maintain production targets and accurate documentation
• Support and mentor fellow team members as you grow
• Perform routine machine maintenance
