Pay Rate: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour | DOE
1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

These are the qualifications that matter.

• 6+ months of print experience
• Able to move, stand for long periods of time, and lift 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of the technical aspects of the digital print process, print/press operation, and RIP software
• A valid driver’s license
• Able to work both within a team and independently, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness
• Flexibility and willingness to learn

Day-to-Day:

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers and/or cutting tables
• Monitor the printing process for potential issues
• Inspect raw material and finished products for defects
• Ensure finished products are the correct size, color, and orientation
• Read and interpret job tickets
• Operate a forklift when needed
• Load and unload cargo, including making pallets
• Manage and communicate material inventory levels to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Manage and maintain equipment to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely production
• Make deliveries of finished products and picks up materials as needed
